Dear Choral Enthusiasts,
Over ten years ago, the Singapore International Choral Festival was born out of a dream: that voices from across the world might gather in Singapore, to celebrate the power of music to unite, uplift, and transform communities. This year, as we mark the 10th edition of SICF, that dream has grown into a thriving movement.
Over the past decade, thousands of singers from every continent have stepped onto our stages, bringing with them their stories, cultures, and songs. Together, we have built bridges across languages and borders, proving again and again that harmony is more than music, it is a way of connecting with one another.
At this 10th SICF, let us use this moment to focus on the simple yet profound value of singing together. Choral music teaches us to listen deeply, to collaborate with care, and to respect each voice. These are the same values that shape not only better music, but stronger communities.
Join us in 2026 for another edition filled with meaningful encounters, shared learning, and the joy of making music side by side.

Competitions
The choral competitions at the Singapore International Choral Festival (SICF) are a vibrant showcase of vocal excellence and artistic expression. Bringing together choirs from around the world, the competition serves as a platform for groups of all ages and backgrounds to demonstrate their musicianship and unique cultural heritage. It is also your choir’s chance to sing in one of Singapore’s emblematic concert hall venues!
SICF Choral Connect
Held at the iconic Victoria Concert Hall and The Arts House, it brings participants for a dynamic series of masterclasses, workshops and choir exchanges. Designed to inspire growth and foster meaningful connections, Choral Connect is a space where ideas are shared, skills are honed, and voices unite — building a stronger, more vibrant choral community across Singapore and beyond.
Choir Exchanges
The SICF choir exchanges are unique and memorable sessions facilitated by the festival. Come join us for a 1.5-hour session of singing and sharing amongst other participants of the festival, which typically involves up to four participating choirs.
Workshops
Choirs can sign up for a choral workshop, where a member of the SICF jury will work with individual choirs on selected competition repertoire. Clinicians will share their musical knowledge and know-how, suggesting areas for improvement and development.
Meet-the-Jury
Your conductors and teachers will join us at our seminar-style Meet-the-Jury sessions to receive valuable feedback, advice and tips post-competition – a perfect platform for everyone to learn and improve. Take the chance to hear from the jurors of your competition category.
Concerts
Be part of the Opening, Competition, or Grand Prix concerts and immerse yourself in the different cultures and repertoire presented by the various choirs to get the most out of your festival experience.
